Hardware Design
Custom electronic device and system design tailored to client requirements: schematic, layout, AREMA-compliant rail-spec, mass-production-ready.
Our hardware practice designs from concept through manufacturing handoff. We bring schematic capture, PCB layout, power-supply design, and the practical experience of deploying rail-spec electronics in the field. Roadmap products include WK316 (a planned bridge between legacy Siemens equipment and modern back-office systems) and RailSmart Network Switch (a planned AREMA-compliant network switch with optional cellular and fiber). We also deliver bespoke instrumentation for clients in adjacent industries.
Capabilities
- — Schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium / KiCad / similar)
- — Power-supply design for industrial environments
- — AREMA-compliant rail-spec hardware design
- — Manufacturing handoff: BOM, test fixtures, production documentation
- — Field deployment support
